The Narcoleptic Dancers "Not Evident"

Dutch-French brother/sister duo The Narcoleptic Dancers sing “Not Evident” from the EP of the same name being released in Europe earlier last year, it IS evident that the band’s time to break into North America is rapidly approaching. The Narcoleptic Dancers have melodic vocals and simple instrumentation... they just need a hair cut.

It reminds me of the old Dick Tracy Villian Oodles. Are these his kids?
